Returns or Replacement
Our return policy lasts 15 calendar days starting from the date of you received your device. After the 15 day period, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, your Black Shark does continue to carry a 2-year warranty.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting our customer service team. We will help you to process your return.
If you return your device, we will process the refund after we’ve received the device and verified its contents. Returns must include all original packaging and accessories (and must be in brand-new condition), or your refund may be denied.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
If you paid by Paypal, refunds will be sent to your Paypal account within three business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected waiting period, please first check your bank account to verify that the funds haven’t been returned.
Contact your credit card company or card-issuing bank. There may be an additional delay as they process the returned funds.
If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to return a product, contact email@example.com first. Do not send packages to Black Shark before contacting us. Any unexpected packages will be denied at delivery.
You will not be charged any restocking fees when you return your device.
Depending on where you live, shipping times for exchanges may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not be held liable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment to us.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
We retain our rights to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.

We are not liable for any loss or damages that may arise from using our services.
